Refund and Returns Policy

At KUN Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We ensure that every product is carefully checked and securely packed before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, leaked, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility For Returns

Returns and replacement requests are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered by the company
  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Leakage issue during transit
  • Defective or unusable product received
  • Missing item in the package

The company reserves the right to verify the issue before approving any return or replacement request.


2. Return Request Time

  • Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
  • Customers are advised to record an unboxing video while opening the parcel for verification purposes.

3. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or partially used perfumes/attars
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
  • Products without original packaging or invoice
  • Customized or special-order items

4. Return Process

To request a return or replacement:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your order details along with clear images/videos of the issue.
  3. After verification, our team will approve or reject the request.
  4. If approved, return instructions will be provided to the customer.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund amount will be transferred through the original payment method or bank transfer.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
  • Prepaid order refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within standard business timelines.

7. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement is subject to product availability.
  • If the same product is unavailable, customers may receive:
    • Another product of equal value, or
    • Refund as per company policy

8. Important Notes

  • KUN Perfumes reserves the right to refuse returns if the policy conditions are not met.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery information to avoid delays or losses.
  • Slight variation in fragrance, packaging, or color due to batch production will not be considered a defect.
