At KUN Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We ensure that every product is carefully checked and securely packed before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, leaked, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility For Returns
Returns and replacement requests are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered by the company
- Product received in damaged condition
- Leakage issue during transit
- Defective or unusable product received
- Missing item in the package
The company reserves the right to verify the issue before approving any return or replacement request.
2. Return Request Time
- Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
- Customers are advised to record an unboxing video while opening the parcel for verification purposes.
3. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or partially used perfumes/attars
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
- Products without original packaging or invoice
- Customized or special-order items
4. Return Process
To request a return or replacement:
- Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order details along with clear images/videos of the issue.
- After verification, our team will approve or reject the request.
- If approved, return instructions will be provided to the customer.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refund amount will be transferred through the original payment method or bank transfer.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
- Prepaid order refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within standard business timelines.
7. Replacement Policy
- Replacement is subject to product availability.
- If the same product is unavailable, customers may receive:
- Another product of equal value, or
- Refund as per company policy
8. Important Notes
- KUN Perfumes reserves the right to refuse returns if the policy conditions are not met.
- Customers must provide accurate delivery information to avoid delays or losses.
- Slight variation in fragrance, packaging, or color due to batch production will not be considered a defect.
